Description
We will discuss a new solution generating technique for Einstein-Maxwell theory with dilaton called mono-vector deformation. This deformation is parametrised by vector and it generates new solutions if the vector is a Killing vector for the initial background. We will discuss this deformation in terms of extended space and show that in this interpretation it is a transformation of extended coordinates. This logic will be extended to special class of bivector deformations of 10-dimensional supergravity solutions. We will discuss the relation of these deformations and their interpretation in terms of the extended space to the integrable sigma models and their investigation.
