Description
The OKA Collaboration has obtained a new upper limit on the $K^+ \to \pi^0\pi^0\pi^0 e^+ \nu$ decay which improves the current experimental bound by approximately $10^2$ but still about $10^{-3} - 10^{-4}$ times worse than theoretical prediction. We consider the possible pionium $A_{2\pi}$ production in the final state of the semileptonic $K^+$ decay with subsequent $A_{2\pi} \to \pi^0 \pi^0$ decay that can increase the theoretical branching ratio value due to the absence of five-particle phase volume suppression. The estimation of the $Br(K^+ \to A_{2\pi}\pi^0 e^+ \nu)$ is provided.
