Description
The harmonic superspace makes it possible to elegantly construct various supersymmetric theories with manifest $\mathcal{N}=2$ extended supersymmetry. In particular, within the framework of the harmonic approach, $\mathcal{N}=2$ integer higher spins are described in terms of unconstrained analytical potentials, being a natural generalizations of the $\mathcal{N}=2$ supergravity multiplet. The structure of half-integer $\mathcal{N}=2$ supermultiplets differs, and until recently, the superfield description of such supermultiplets remained unknown, even in the case of the simplest $\mathcal{N}=2$ gravitino multiplet. In this report, I will talk about the progress achived in this direction.
