The conference fee equals to 40 000 RUB and covers accommodation in a shared twin room, three daily meals, round-trip transportation (MRV airport – hotel on April 3 and hotel – MRV airport on April 11), coffee breaks, an excursion to BNO, a welcome dinner, and a conference dinner.
However, this fee does not include additional expenses such as airfare or optional hotel activities.
Accepted participants are expected to pay the fee to the organizers.
